Clarity in Pricing Legislation

Parkland Mazda seeks to comply with all provisions of the Trade Practices Act.  To this effect the change to the TPA often quoted as 'Clarity in Pricing'; section 53c of the Trade Practices Act means that when prices are quoted by Parkland Mazda on this website the following will apply.

New Car Prices are inclusive of all costs including the cost of the motor vehicle, dealer delivery, stamp duty and road registration as applicable in the State of Western Australia.

New Car Demonstrator Prices are inclusive of all costs including the cost of the motor vehicle, dealer delivery, stamp duty and road registration as applicable in the State of Western Australia.

Used Car Prices are inclusive of the cost of the motor vehicle only and are supplied with balance of road registration only.  In accordance with section 53c or the Trade Practices Act stamp duty and transfer fees are not a cost of acquiring the vehicle from Parkland Mazda and are payable to the relevant third part authority hence not included in the price quoted on this website.

Parkland Mazda accepts no responsibility for prices quoted by any third party including but not limited to Mazda Australia Limited.  It is unlikely that prices quoted by Mazda Australia Limited will reflect all costs as applicable in the State of Western Australia and therefore you are encouraged to contact us directly for clarification.

Parkland Mazda Used Vehicle Warranty 

All of our used vehicles up to 10 years old and 160,000km qualify for a free 3 year or 175,000 km warranty whichever comes first.  Some additional conditions apply to ensure currency of this warranty.  Please contact us personally for these details.
