Russel (I think, he looks after second hand cars), took the initiative to have a look at the problem that I was going to report and that was very commendable. Having been in sales for most of my working life I can tell a quality sales person when I come across one. My wife has just bought a Mazda max sports from your company last week and we both were involved with the selection process which was made very painless and may I say quite enjoyable with the help of Shaun Illingworth,prior to coming to your company we went to (removed) Mazda because it was just up the road from us,as you do you like to keep things local if you can. It seemed they just didn't want to sell us anything because they just too busy with the storm damaged stock. Anyway I think credit should be given to Shaun for all his help in making one of the two most stressful in life a breeze. We would definitely recommend Parkland Mazda to any of our friends that may be in the market for a new car.
